Each Smudge stick is harvested from my store gardens, bound with colorful cording to aid you in your sacred work.

~Lavender brings a positive energy, opens the heart chakra, calms the mind, protects, releases fear while being effective at soothing the nervous system. Lavender has powers of protection and cleansing.

~Rosemary brings about mental clarity and calmness by allowing you to ’let go’ of any negative thoughts/programs you have been holding on to and deals with the mind/mental aspect of your being.

~How to Smudge~
For herbal bundles simply light the end on fire. Allow the bundle to burn for a moment and blow out the flame. The herb bundle will then smolder producing the smoke used to cleanse. Use a shell or heat proof plate to catch the falling ash.
