Our Lavender and Flax Seed Aromatherapy Heat/Cold Bags are made with 100% cotton fabric and can be used to help with aches and pains.

These bags are 4 inches x 4 inches.

How to use your Heat/Cold Packs:

-COOL IN THE FREEZER
This is a great way to relieve tension, headaches, fever, sore muscles and to help reduce swelling.
Place in a freezer (in a freezer bag or zip lock to keep your packs fresh) for about 20 minutes before use, or keep in freezer between each use.

-WARM IN THE MICROWAVE
Warm in the microwave in 10 second intervals. Be cautious of getting your pack too warm, or burning the fabric in the microwave.
The organic flax seed inside these pillows is great for holding onto heat for an extended period. Do a touch test before placing on skin. DO NOT OVERHEAT!

CLEANING:
Spot Clean Only, do not get wet.

Store in a plastic bag in a cool dry place when not in use.
