~Rose Quartz is a stone of love, tenderness and sensuality. It is a powerful aphrodisiac, stimulating sensual imagination. Its a wonderful sleep crystal for adults and children, providing beautiful dreams as well as preventing nightmares or night terrors. It also helps children to not be afraid of the dark. Its a calming and reassuring crystal and strengthens empathy, sensitivity, and aids in the acceptance of necessary change. It is also an excellent stone for comforting grief.

~Our oil is made with Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils and Light Olive Oil as a carrier oil.

The scents of Lavender and Chamomile gently calm your nerves and help the relaxation process so you get a better night's sleep.

~White Sage is for Cleansing and Purification.

White Sage is considered sacred by many Native Americans. White sage is believed to cleanse a space of any evil spirits or 'negative' energies that may be present. This power is said to be released from the plant by the burning of the leaves, which are typically bundled into a wand or stick. Today many Native American tribes still use the stems and leaves for smudging as part of purification ceremonies.

~How to Smudge~
For herbal bundles simply light the end on fire. Allow the bundle to burn for a moment and blow out the flame. The herb bundle will then smolder producing the smoke used to cleanse.
